• Avoid prolonged exposure tosunlight and moisture to prevent early oxidization of natural rubber
• Wipe the mat with wet towel then air dry it. Machine wash is not recommended.
  
• To dissipate the scent of natural rubber, leave the mat unrolled whenever possible within first few weeks of purchase in a cool and well-ventilated place.
  

People with a rubber or latex allergies should avoid contact with this mat as it contains natural rubber and may contain latex.

Natural rubber is a relatively dense material, giving the mat a very robust feel. However, natural rubber has a distinctive smell like that of a new book. This smell will gradually disappear if spread out in a cool and well-ventilated place for 3-5 days.
