RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If something isn’t right, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.

Please contact us before returning the item(s).

Items purchased should be returned for a refund via post.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Buyer pays return postage.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Item(s) must be unused with all original tags/labels attached.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our requirement.
FAULTY
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the photos shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
